Berkeley Law School scholarships 2022 Eligibility
- Berkeley Law Scholarship awards are limited and competitive, and it is possible that an admitted applicant who is eligible for a particular scholarship may not be selected to receive an award.
- Scholarships Berkeley Law eligibility and academic merit are determined by the Berkeley Law LL.M. admissions committee based on the evaluation of academic records and supporting materials included in the application for admission.

The selection for the Berkeley Law School Scholarships and Fellowships are based on the review of students’ academic records as well as the supporting documents included in the application. The Scholarships and Fellowships are limited and very competitive.

Berkeley Law Scholarship Coverage:
The scholarships cover LL.M tuition fees and can’t be used to cover travel expenses, housing, or any other related costs. Awards are applied directly through CalCentra.
Students should arrange their finance and make sure they can cover the costs of tuition, travel, as well as room and board before enrollment at Berkeley Law.

How to Apply for Berkeley Law Opportunity Scholarship
The BLOS application and instructions are included in the general application for admission. Applicants will have the opportunity to self-identify that they would like to be considered for the BLOS scholarship and must attach an essay to their admissions application discussing why they are strong candidates for this scholarship.
If selected as a finalist for BLOS, you will receive communication from the Berkeley Law Admissions Committee/Office. The deadline to apply is Dec. 17th.
The African Legal Impact and Matching Consideration Scholarships require a separate application;
Scholarship decisions are made at the time of admission and will be emailed to the email address listed in the application form.
