International Scholarships at University of South – Apply Now to Study In USA

Freshmen and transfer students are invited to apply for International Scholarships at University of South Florida/Wales or Alabama in the USA. To be considered for the international merit-based scholarships from the Office of Admissions, students must submit a complete admissions application by the priority deadline.

The selected students will be provided with the educational fund to support their cost of study at the University of South Alabama for the complete duration of the chosen course.

THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS STARTING IN THE FALL SEMESTER.

International Scholarships at University of South for Freshman

These awards are not stackable. Students will receive the highest award for which they qualify within the awarding timeline. All Green & Gold awards are credited in the form of a partial out-of-state tuition waiver; exact award amounts vary based on the number of credits in which a student enrolls each term.

University of South Transfer Scholarships

These scholarships are competitive awards. Meeting the criteria to be considered for a scholarship does not guarantee that a student will receive that award.

International Scholarships at University of South Deadlines

The application submission deadline to be considered for freshman admissions scholarships is April 1, 2021. All required application materials must be received by Admissions by the July 1, 2021 completion deadline.

The international freshman scholarship deadlines are:

The international transfer scholarship deadlines are:

  • Application Submission Deadline: March 1
  • Application Completion Deadline: May 1

How to Apply for International Scholarships at University of South Florida/Wales

  1. Complete Application: Complete the online application
  2. Pay Application Fee: Pay the non-refundable $30 application fee or submit an ACT/SAT application fee waiver
  3. Send Official Transcripts:
    • High School Students: Ask your school to send transcripts to USF electronically. If this option is not available, official transcripts should be mailed to: University of South Florida office of Admissions 4202 E Fowler Avenue, BEH236 Tampa, FL 33620, USA
    • GED Students: Request an official transcript through GED Testing Services.
  4. Send Official SAT or ACT Scores:
    • Request official SAT scores directly from the College Board. The school code is 5828.
    • Request official ACT scores directly from ACT, Inc. Our school code is 0761.
  5. Send Passport: Upload a copy of the photo page of your passport.
