Warwick Chancellor’s International Scholarship 2024 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for the Chancellor’s International Scholarship 2024 at the University of Warwick:

1. Applicants for a Chancellor’s International Scholarship must also be applying for a PhD at the University of Warwick to begin in October 2024.
2. Students currently enrolled on a PhD or MPhil/PhD at the University of Warwick may apply in their first year of registration only.
3. Applicants must be assessed as ‘overseas’ for fee purposes.
4. Applicants from any discipline at Warwick may apply

Scholarship Benefits

• Full payment of tuition fees.
• A maintenance stipend paid at the prevailing UKRI rate for 3.5 years
• Research, Training, and Supporting Grant of £5,000

Warwick Chancellor’s International Scholarship Application Procedures

We strongly advise preparing applications well in advance, noting that it is not usually possible to complete and submit an application in less than 36 hours.

1. Read the Applicant Guidance Notes and PGR Ranking Criteria
2. Submit your course application and upload supporting documents.
3. Receive an automated e-mail with a 7-digit applicant ID number. Please allow at least 48 hours for this to arrive.
4. Register your ITS applicant account.
5. Submit your scholarship application by the application deadline. We regret being unable to accept late applications for any reason.
6. Submit supporting documents by the supporting document deadline. We regret being unable to accept late supporting documents for any reason.
7. The results of the Chancellor’s International Scholarship will be communicated by email by the start of March 2024.

Please note: Applications for 2024/25 entry are now open. Applicants are to submit their course application at Warwick before applying online for the scholarship. Applicants are to submit the required supporting documents (references and transcripts) before the application deadline as incomplete applications will not be assessed.
